Regional SKA1 trains run from the airport station ‘Kraków Lotnisko’ directly to Kraków Główny in about 17–20 minutes, with most of the Old Town reachable on foot or by short tram ride. Services operate roughly 04:17–00:17 daily, every 30 minutes during most of the day and about hourly early morning/late evening; buy tickets (~20 PLN) from machines in the terminal, on the platform, or on board.

Express trains tend to be twice as expensive but half the time. Budget routes take longer yet often have more frequent departures after work.
